Symphony Orchestra

- Students perform advanced literature and guest artists are often featured with the Symphonic
- Orchestra. Recent repertory has included Mozart's Haffner Symphony, Charles Ives The
- Unanswered Question, and Aaron Copland's Suite from Appalachian Spring.
Wind Ensemble

- This band presents repertoire at an advanced level and provides an excellent opportunity for students to perform with counselors, teaching assistants, and faculty members. Repertory covered includes standards as well as transcriptions of orchestra works. Students are generally seated 1-2 on a part in the wind ensemble tradition and are thus challenged to perform at the highest level.

- This advanced level ensemble showcases students performing alongside counseling staff, faculty and guest artists in advanced level jazz orchestrations. Provides practical experience for students interested in the professional world of jazz performance.

Chamber Music

Chamber music challenges students to explore new literature, develop their musical skills, and
collaborative abilities. Chamber ensembles include but are not limited to:

Voice (2011)

- Chamber Choir
- This select choral ensemble is for advanced singers and performs challenging repertory from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

- Festival Choir
- This large choir is required for all students and counselors. This ensemble performs a variety of standard choral music including major works of the choral repertoire. The Festival Choir is the final ensemble to perform during each session and is the culminating performing group of each session.
